Steven M. Goldberg
Steven M. Goldberg's extensive civil trial experience speaks for itself. He has successfully represented plaintiffs in both State and Federal Courts on a wide variety of matters. His areas of practice are medical/hospital malpractice, lung cancer/mesothelioma litigation, pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, and catastrophic injury claims. Steven is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (which includes the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum), one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members throughout the country. Steven has participated in high profile pharmaceutical cases involving drugs and devices including Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Gadolinium, and Zyprexa and is working with National Plaintiffs' Steering Committees in a number of pharmaceutical cases including Heparin and Yaz, representing individual claimants throughout the country alleging personal injuries against many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

Steven is admitted to practice law in the Ohio Supreme Court and all Ohio state courts; the United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts (Ohio); the United States District of Illinois; and the United States Court of Claims in Washington DC, where he has successfully pursued and settled claims for multi-millions of dollars for catastrophic injuries arising from childhood vaccinations.
