Steven M. Goldberg is a trial lawyer with over nineteen years of experience in handling medical malpractice cases, as well as those involving motor vehicle crashes and workplace injuries. Steven is admitted to the Federal Court of Claims in Washington DC, where he has successfully handled catastrophic injury claims caused by childhood vaccinations. In addition, Steven has successfully defended police departments and officers charged with wrongful conduct in high-profile cases. He also represented their unions in the negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements and the resolution of collective bargaining disputes. Steven is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum.
J. Michael Goldberg is of-counsel to the firm. He is a graduate of CSU's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also is a trial lawyer with experience in handling cases involving lead poisoning, breach of contract, professional negligence, insurance disputes and bad faith, and business torts, including tortious interference and breach of noncompete cases. He also handles cases involving motor vehicle crashes and workplace intentional tort.
Both attorneys are admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and all Ohio state courts; the United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and the United States District Court (Ohio).
